To keep things fair for all clients, please review the policy below:
• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• No-shows (not arriving and not communicating) will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
• Same-day cancellations may also be charged the full service amount.
• Clients who no-show more than once will be required to prepay in full to book future appointments.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and treated as a no-show.
